Very good service in a timely prior for the weather conditions at the time of the installation. The temperature is 10 to 15 degrees above average (105 degrees) and lots of AC problems. I called and did not expect to see anyone for a day or two. Next morning we are talking about the equipment and installation at about 10A.M. Installation crews out about 2P.M. They stayed until completed about 10:30P.M. that night (2 units installed). I told them everything was ok and they did not have to finish tonight. They wanted to stay until finished. The installation crews forgot to seal a joint on the drain pipe. While I was away for two weeks, this leaked and caused ceiling damagein a few rooms. the painting contractor Herring A/C uses was difficult to work with (had to schedule, missed appts.), so I decided to do it myself. I requested reimbursement which Herring agreed to do. They sent more than I had requested. I appreciate people who do more than expected and take responsibilty.
